I sort of use a combined Frontpage + Notepad. I use frontpage for bigger types of html pages, so me without the graphical outcome would become lost. But, Notepad works good on projects without too much scripting in it.I'm still working on remembering all the scripts...

Well, I use AceHTML HTML editor. It has a lot of features in the form of tabs and stuff. But if you want a neat and usually well done and hand-tailored website, I'd suggest wordpad or notepad or something of that sort. Good luck in your website ventures,
