I use Avast Internet Security and I'm completely satisfied. It has a decent firewall too.

Pixlr is good for all the basic editing needs.

PDF permission/owner password is easy to crack. Open password is much more difficult to crack than the owner password.

Adobe Acrobat allows users to remove any type of password protection from a PDF. But Adobe Acrobat is hell lot of expensive. If you cannot afford programs like Adobe Acrobat then there are other cheap PDF security remover programs available in the market.
