Absolutely not. The process of decay and destruction are related, but at this time the decay is not such that the destruction of Earth is possible from within naturally. Even if there are signs, it will take another million years.
But you can never tell a human mind, a slight skew and a few nuclear bombs can blast, possibly an hour from now.
