  1. there is a lot of exercise for different thing like belly legs arms shoulder etc y dont start 1 thing and feel the difference swiming 2 hours/day and after 1 month u will see a major difference it really impact all parts of the body......
  2. Definitly different exercises control ur diet eat less and workout and a lot of thing u have to make chart of ur food try to burn calories in exercises jogging and swimming is best....
  3. Hmm thats very good hey meto really like ur idea with towel it reluxable but 1 thing i want to tell u gym is the hard job u cant find it easy.......
  4. Best exercise in my opinion is swimming i really helpful impacts all over the body other exercises are for the specific part of body..........
