All of the web hosters I've tried automatically there for your use, no installation required. Are you using this one, Xisto? Because, if so, I'm sorry, I don't know. I would use a free hosting one where you can get everything set up first easily and then later upgrade to the oe which is better but you have to pay for. Also, I'm pretty sure PHP comes with a manual when you install it.

I love the color, it makes it proffesionly and appealing to the eye. However, it might make more sense to make the forums brown as well. Blue is my favorite color, so I would probably rather have both of them blue to keep it matching. I think a light blue would look better also. I agree with Xarex's friend- lighter colors are more welcoming, but your brown looks very warm, proffessional, and welcoming. Overall, I love the color of Xisto.
