Picasa is great, I jsut got it a week ago and I find it really usefull, only problem is that when it scanned my HD for pics it also added ones from things like folders within programs. Just took a while to get it to stop monitoring those folders.

if u want a really good compiler/IDE first download the java SDK from sun microsystems website sun microsystems and then download Eclips. It is a free IDE and is very easy to use. One thing I like about it is that when you use a bracket it auotomatically puts in the end bracket for you. rhysticlight
