  4. The only reason why Justin Bieber is receiving lots of popularity is because of the success of the marketers. The team that markets Justin Bieber has done a terrific job marketing him. Almost everyday, I come across his name/image more that once! It's not really about how much fame he should be deserving. It is about how well the marketers market.
I am not going to lie. Justin Bieber is an extremely talented kid. Think whatever you want to think but I believe that he is probably a better singer than you probably are. He has an amazing range and he can actually hit notes very accurately. If you take a look at some of his live acoustic covers (without any autotune), you can hear how well he REALLY sounds.

Most of the reason why he is receiving so much hate is from the bandwagon and the fact that people are throwing ad hominem attacks at him. They are attacking him as a person rather than his music. Bandwagon also has a huge role in this. People hate Justin Bieber so other people decide to "hate" him.

However, this is human nature and we are just going to have to accept this. Many people are closed minded people who do not really think about anything. This is why people get persuaded so easily by ads (even if it is not consciously). People don't stop and think about the logical, ethical, or pathological fallacies (and/or persuasion techniques) that are thrown at them.

    ...............

i agree . he is really a *BLEEP*. sings the way a sixer would. bloody gay!

  5. use corel becuse :because it is light! and can create vectorI can use it without taking a $4000 class, and still come out with about the same result. Also, I can save my files without crashing. And as the person above pointed out, I can create vectors without a plugin. Also, I can create font sets natively and export them to multiple formats without buying any extra software. I will admit that it isn?t as good with creating PDF forms though. I have to give that one to Adobe ? although the newer versions keep strangling that ability?.Corel is easier, a lot easier, to use; good for both pros. and amateurs like me. Corel is more simple yet it matches and is as powerful as Adobe. The good thing is that: I have both, hehe. I used Corel since Windows 3.11 and I?m more than happy with the facilities offered. I use it for vectors, for photos, for fonts. The reason is: it works. It don?t slows down my PC, and I will never go into Apple, cause I like to pimp my machine myself =)In my honest opinion, they are both even. I own both but generally use Corel because, like the above poster, it doesn?t crash my machine when I try to save. (And because it?s what i learned on ) meri marziI have both, and I tend to prefer Corel because it?s faster, and gets the same result. Just because Adobe is ?the standard? doesn?t make it better. Windows is the standard, and we know how THAT argument goes. Ease of use, One program does it all ?ie ? edit bitmaps interactively and EASILY in Drawwithout switching programs constantly ? flattening images is easy and reliable ?interactive fills and effects far better than Illustrator ! ?PRICE ? Corel doesn?t ?upgrade? needlessly every year costing you bundles of cash for minimal ?upgrade? ? superior drawing tools ie: curves etc? FAST FAST FAST ? doesn?t take up all of your system resources. You can do ANYTHING in Corel that Adobe promises?. faster, cheaper and more efficiently? Corel all the way! Whenever I use Adobe I cannot believe that professionals would use such crap and, worse yet, make it industry standard. If you were a sprinter would you wear gum boots? Well that is what adobe feels like when it comes to intuitive and ergonomic use. adobe may achive the same results but at what price ? in dollars AND discomfort.I think there is a simple reason for the ?professional? predominance of adobe. The unergonomic handling kept away the amateur competition ? it created a reason to use adobe. It is just a habit and an attitude of staying on trodden paths.Corel is very intuitive and fast and like a sprinter you want to use the lightest and firmest shoes? I find Corel much user-friendlier than Adobe, as one person said here, you can use it intuitively. I spend more time enjoying myself and thinking about the result, and not HOW TO GET to the result. The Corel surface is easy, logic, you don?t need an expensive course to use it.I was about to buy an Apple MAC, but not to be able to use my Corel has actually made me refrain from such a purchase. My theory is that Adobe is always advertised as THE DESIGNERS? TOOL because of a better marketing, and vice versa, that Corel made some marketing faux pas, but that in reality it all comes down to publicity rightly or wrongly used, and does not reflect the real value of both tools. When Corel announced that it was EASY TO USE for normal people and professional designers alike, personally I think that a lot of professionals in the design industry saw themselves threatened in their activity, by Tom, *BLEEP* & Harry using Corel. So they had to invent a ?superior? tool, only good for ?real professionals?.In Marketing, Corel should have put more emphasis on the use by professionals also, instead of only underlining how easy it is to use by normal people?Vector and Raster layer integration. This makes for a quick and easy job ? one that requires use of both photoshop and illustrator simultaneously if your using adobe, making it a much more gruelling and frustrating task.Reasonable Price, can do most of the same stuff about as well? don?t want to pirate software like most adobe users?why waste hours learning and watching tutorials? ? just get Corel and start actually making art ? CorelDRAW blends both AI and PS functions.Plus its cheaper CASE CLOSED_____________________________________________________________________________________________Reasons to go for adobe:nice for explore everything about graphic design and allow us to create something that we can?t imagine before It is the graphics industry standard. Easy to use (no classes needed?I am completely self taught). Most excellent online community to help with anything from tips to actual design. Adobe all the way. Corel is the red headed stepchild when it comes to Adobe. No offense to red headed step children of course. It is too much of THE standard and feature you can?t beat Adobe. And now with Macromedia as part of the team, well, forget about it! Adobe is the standard in professional design, integrated with every program in its suite, now CS4. And you can create everything from 2D to 3D composition. It also has greate compatibility with other 3D rendering software. There are lots of FREE tutorial to avoid $4000 clases. Far more features may increase system resources dependency but it is far worth it.User interface is many times easier then Corel and definitely when it comes colors. Able to view only the art board and use of shortcut keys is very handy not to forget about the Action panel.I use both, but if for a selection, then its adobe.User interface is many times easier then Corel and definitely when it comes colors. Able to view only the art board and use of shortcut keys is very handy not to forget about the Action panel.I use both, but if for a selection, then its adobe.Corel is inconsistent. Have tendency to crash very oftenWell I don?t use these types of programs too often but when I do my choice would have to be Adobe just because it makes sense when you look at the entire suite. I do alot more video editing but Adobe has the full spectrum so it makes it easier if you have to ?customize? images. As far as learning curve I think its relative. I use Corel as well and like it but just because of the full gambit in one suite is what tips the scale in Adobes favor.more seeders to pirate from

  7. I think instead of asking this to us u should be asking it to your custumers. you can make them feel good my allowing them to choose a proper name for your service. this will help u get a small userbase to start off with. use a banner "would you like to name us" to start off with. u can even offer a small prize to the person whoes name finally makes it. so go ahead and plan ur contest.

  8. social bookmarking is a method of advertising your website or blog contents to reach your readers in many ways. personally, i tested some of them and found that the best websites that put my blog in google search engine less than 24 hours are:
    1- twitter.
    2- digg.
    3- stumbleupon.
    4- delicious.
    5- facebook.
    6- reddit.

these websites are doing a great job by presenting your website's latest update to their readers. they were useful to me when my blog was under sub-domain, especially during my blog's first days. and i am sure there are even more good sites that doing the same thing.

all of us come across these bookmarking website someday, some stopped using them, some continue. to me, i like the idea of social bookmarking and continue using them after i get my own domain name. but the annoying thing is it takes a lot of my time adding each post in my blog to these six social bookmarking websites. i don't know if others feel the same, but i really take my breath after finishing doing this. and absolutely i won't do that and waste my time, if i know that it isn't necessary for my blog. now, share me your ideas.

do you prefer using social bookmarking in your websites or not? why?
which are the best social bookmarking websites you use in your website?

my social network has a social bookmarking tool too. it even has rss imposrter tool for users.

  10. i wanna add a point too. the net today is usa centric. everything written in what ppl in usa want. most of the bloggers are indians or from the subcontenent but they produce content for usa. the american companies like apple are hilighted even if they have low quality product, compared to other products. (nokia etc). every thing on net is highly biased in american favor because they have money in the pocket. they are willing to spend online even when they dont need to. as a result advertisers target aerican to tap the potentials paying higher for americ views/clicks. as a result bloggers target them. so we need money in everyone whos online in pocket to get internet neutrality.

  11. Ok..i need to find some scripts...i need to find a scirpt that will add a table thingy saying

(it dont work ,u have to pay)
also,i need someone to make me a really good banner thingy...that amtches
    the Rooq Skin (hostjunkiez.info/forums)

  12. Hello everyone

My friend bought a new phone (nokia C7) which is using symbian^3 os. i got it in my hand and i worked with it for about 3 hours and i can say i have seen somethings in this os which reminds me of very old mobile opertaing systems. first of GUI is not good at all, the icons, menus, scrolling, opening a category and ... everything is just like other symbian devices (maybe a little different). applications are running rather slower than my previous symbian s60v5 phone even with higher clock cpu. i haven't seen any really noticable battery usage difference between an s60v5 and symbian^3 if you set phone to offline mode so the difference is only when you are using gprs chip (at least this was what i saw when i was comparing nokia 5800 and nokia c7). symbian^3 supports divx/xvid playback (after a longtime !) but there was problem while playing some xvid music videos because codecs were not supported. anyway i was hoping that new symbian will become something comparable to android or windows phone 7 but i'm completely disappointed now. nokia is trying to make it's symbian^3 devices more acceptable by encouraging some game developers to making HQ games for ^3 devices and there is some games released with large file size and good graphic but if i want to play game i will go for android because only how you can play with your phone is not important how you feel with your phone is the most important thing.

so i shared some of my experiences with symbina ^3 devices and you can share them here too if you like.

to be honest i think sybian s60v5 is the mobile phone os. firtly its a phone u use for texting , talking and browsing. it isnt like iphone (it sucks, i hate my iphone which i bought a year ago)that doesnt allow u to talk at ur wish due to frequent hang-ups (hang-up of call - not device itself), low connectivity. these problems persists with all service providers. all messenging (sms) features of a lower phone are incorporated in a s60/s40 device but iphone misses a few of them.

secondly : android isnt a good for your hardware. it leads to more usage of ram and cpu. to be honest i take it as the worst os in current standings. leads to frequent hang-ups of the device in samsung galaxy and htc devics. (used a few of them for short periods. i dont own any android devices, its for kids) while android is so unstale in case of stability no other os can defeate symbian s60v5.

third: its the oldest and worlds first mobile os that started the concept of smart phones with nokia communications series and e-series of devices later powering the n-series. it was never popularly accepted by other manufacturers due to dominant role played by nokia. well s60 were the first phones to enable multitasking, intalling 3rd part apps other then java, support 12 mp camera (thnxs to samsung for devoleping s60 in this feild -many other os still dont support more than 6mp, hdmi support, external usb support, support flash gmaes and videos, torrent download and upload (via external and independently devoleped app, no other od still supports it), support windows silverlight even befor windows mobile could.

moreover a s60 app can be programed in java, s60 sdk , s40 sdk, web os , web kit, qt , c++ , c, j2me, jfx which are supported natively. installing apps can enable u to run python, plam os , nes, snes, game boy , super game boy , dos, flash, gba, sega genesis/mega drive , SEGA "Game Gear", "Master System", torrents, n-gage(i can run 75% of n-gage games on any nokia hand set) apps/games. not all but manny "mame" (multiple arcade machine emulator) games are also supported via an application (only for s60v3, s60v2 and keyboard enabled s60v5 phones - no s40 support yet).

fourth - its the only os to support other platforms. i mean look no other smartpjone os supports j2me(java) or python, while most of the lower end phone does support j2me. if u could count j2me apps it would be much more than s60, ios, black berry os, android, web os m palm os taking together. j2me is like windows of mobile cuz it was first platform that independent devolepers could build on. there are apps for specific functions . like there are apps using which u could place a call via someone else iphone but talk using ur s60. thus it couls save u $$$. u could even get his personal calenders, sms , mms, pic via bluetooth without owners consent etc.

the idea of mobile dj ( the very base of samsung bada os) was first implement on s60. nokia dj mixer (s60v2- only n72, s60v5) , romplr (for s60v5) were only dj mixer , remixing softwares for mobile marcket till very recently.

these are my own views and not somebody else's. and am from india.

Apple and Nokia have a fundamental difference and therefore their launch processes are different. Nokia sees an advanced mobile phone as a mobile computer, Apple sees their mobile device as a computer peripheral. There is a historical reason for that, Apple wanted to sell iPods to Mac owners and only later implemented support for other operating systems.

Nokia thinks their devices must work out of the box. They want to test the device in the wild before selling it. They can catch the fundamental design flaws on the hardware side and continue improving SW while testing and marketing the hardware globally. At the same time they refine demand predictions with operators.

Apple builds a pile of devices before launch and at the same time they develop software for it. Their devices do not work out of the box and are essentially computer peripherals. The software is updated beyond boot loader when the device is activated. This approach also promotes Apple computer hardware sales. It gives you a short time from launch to market, but prevents widespread public testing of the device, may lead to uncaught hardware design flaws and makes the prediction of demand harder.

We are coming to an era where your mobile phone can be your only computer. Screen, keyboard and mouse are waiting for you at home or in the office. Mobile is not a peripheral any more. This development is similar to Nokia approach.

    to end with

i found these images online perfectly illustrating exactly what Nokia is facing in the US media. The Anti-Nokia bias is not a myth, it's REAL ( i hope knoledgesutra doesnt ban me). Comments get deleted all the time and people get blocked from sites for calling them out on their bias.

he issue is in large part American protectionism, pure and simple. "Not grown here" technology, defend the American-produced iPhone and Android at all costs. It's bordering on racism frankly. I am not anti-American but my God the iPhone and Android fanboys are SERIOUSLY anti-anything-unAmerican. They will hate, hate, hate mobile tech that isn't American. It's a threat, and must be hated. Pride is at stake here, no matter how inferior the iPhone and Android are (and they REALLY are inferior to the N8).
