I look for space, uptime, FTP (I mean come on, nobody can stand uploading 150 files one by one just to find out the CMS you're trying to use doesn't work), space (always important), A MySQL Database, and PHP. Never used to like post-to-host hosting, but the features here are just WAY too good to ignore. Also, I also need it to be free, since I don't have a credit card
