I think he means just that: "Don't Steal! Create..."The overall look and feel of the work is really nice, but for some reason I think there is something wrong with the text and the orb. I'm not sure what it is, but they kind of seem out of place.

Telling us what game or games your clan plays would be helpful

I'd just be hosted elsewhere and not be addicted to these forum flash games

Saw that a month or so ago, heh, gg steam forums
-
Man I just love e-drama Seriously though, have you got any proof to support your claims, I mean I could just go on another forum and say the same thing about your clan. If that however is true then the solution is really simple: don't play with them. Just ignore them and let them be. If you "form an alliance" or whatever then you're giving them just what they want, attention.

I Finally Have My First Image In My Sig

Atleast it stands out -
Right now we're at pre load phase 3. That means most of textures, sounds and models are available for pre load on steam (http://store.steampowered.com/). As for all release dates they are only speculation and guessing, we'll just have to wait a little longer for the official one

The rifleman isn't supposed to blend in

I've played the DX 2 demo and that was pretty horrible. DX is an awesome game, I remember playing it like no tomorrow a few years back. One of the best games I've ever played. The only thing I found bad in the original Deus Ex was the multiplayer part. With all the augments and powers the potential was really high, but sadly it flopped pretty badly.

Well I made myself a brand new spankin signature. Went for fairly simple, slight grungy look with some DoD elements (map in the bg and a rifleman). Took about 15-20 mins in photoshop to get it about right. Comments, suggestions? Tell me what you think.

Yea I'll make the news page the default one right now. It's not working the way I want it to yet, but better than nothing I guess. VWar is just a php clan management system. I didn't feel like coding the website so I chose to use VWar and it gets the job done.

I'm a co-leader of a DoD (Day of Defeat) team and I'm interested if there are any other players or clans on these forums. We are new (around 1 week old) and currently have 4 members and looking to recruit about 6-7 more active players. If you are a player or another team leader then please come chat to us about joining or setting up a pcw/scrim. You'll find us in #creative.dod @ QuakeNet.

Take a look at this game I found: http://www.patricia-niklaus.de/ Whee, look at those vikings go

Well I just finished the basic template and wanted to get it up. This is the webbie I made for my DoD clan and I wanted to keep it fairly simple because it's main purpose is to just provide information about the current things going on. I'm currently in the process of customizing vwar to suit our needs and optimizing the website loading time. Tell me what you think http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ EDIT: If you're on quakenet feel free to swing by #creative.dod EDIT2: Links and Downloads not yet up. Also added link. Silly me
-
Well usually the whole point in using photoshop is to design the template, slice it up and then add tables and iframes in for example Dreamweaver. You could also use the php include function.

I couldn't agree more, tabbed browsing is really handy and way better than the way IE works. The only downside in using some of the other browsers is that they don't support some scripts, but I guess the extra security is well worth it.

International Baculauruate Is it recognisable in ur country??
dreek replied to iGuest's topic in General Discussion
Yeah, I live in Finland and we have it here. The school I go to actually offers the IB program. It's fairly tough I hear and you really need to do some extra work to achieve decent grades. -
Thx for the link, are you one of those members?
-
Or just ask a friend with broadband to get it for you and burn it on CD

100 might be slightly too small for some. 150 should be reasonable
