I would suggest using C# as its semi-in the same category (not really) but its really easy to create a ui or a toolbar in this case just go and download visual C# from Microsoft website

First off if you are looking for a way to get rid of a RAT or worm this is not the right placeyou need to make a little bit of future preparation for this:install linux Ubuntu on to your computer via wubi (google )1. find where the virus is normally it will be hiding in your root director or system folders you can also use task manager to find it by right clicking the process2. boot in to ubuntu3. go to the file and sent it the the "trash"4. empty your trash can5. boot back into windows6. use a virus scanner like anti-malwarebytes to search for any left over registry keys or files

Things you will need:a computer (duh)a webbrowser (I use google chrome you can really use anything thats not ie)Proxies (you can find these anywere just google it)an IP changer (hidemyip works and proxy switcher is another good one)1. clear your cookies and web history2. load up you ip changer and change you ip3. use the private feature of you webbrowser ( incognito/p**n mode)4. do what ever you want :o5. clear cookies + web history again6. shut down ip changer
