I agree with you two.
I am not telling to run user their computer as a webserver. I setup a linux based home server, with a ip,zpanel ,& with webmin. and with my pld computer (p3 |40 GB hdd| 256 mb ram| 2mbps internet connection) for my testing and downloding.
And there are lots of free web hosting provider available in net so you can get your hosting for free of cource.
