Credit System Being Tweaked - Now in BETA Testing

Members who are currently facing issues in regards to their Mycent don't have to worry anymore OpaQue is working to have the MyCent system working and it will be fixed shortly. Once the system comes back online, you will receive all the credit your posts have earned you. In the meanwhile you can continue posting and redirect any billing related issues to SALES at Xisto - Web Hosting dot COMJanuary 6th 2012ALRIGHT!!! I can officially update this thread OpaQue has finished everything possible for the credit system and it is currently in BETA testing at Xisto forums. Once he confirms that there are no more errors or problems, he will make it live on these forums. Yes, I just returned from my holidays and my account is overdue, I just hope it won't get suspended I wrote an email to sales at Xisto - Web Hosting dot com and created a ticket with it, due to it's almost january now. As I know knowledustra forums has MyCents up and running? Will need to go there and check, hope things will be fixed soon and the system will go up and online once again!

lol well you should get credited the amount if your logs come out clean.. And OpaQue hopefully will have the system done in a few more days, last I spoke to him he mentioned something about finished one of the tough modules.. Looks like he will be recoding it to match current and future versions of IPB..**sigh** I never expected the upgrade to cause problems

Yes, the submited ticket was replied and my logs have come clean and my invoice was paid by xisto staff in some way and somehow I will need to pay that "loan" by using MyCENTS from Xisto whenever the system will be tweaked, so everything is fine from my side, thanks for the help

Well Opa says that he is done with the new script and just needs to do the last portion of the testing to confirm that it is working correctly.. Once that is done "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" .. >_< It is gonna feel so nice to see a sudden influx of credit lol.

Sorry for the double post, but just wanted to inform on the forums that I've received my credit update just Today and it seems that MyCents are up and running again on Xisto too

Is it just me or there are not even manual mycent updates these days? By no chance there is mycent system running, so I knew there was manual updates running by mods. But even that is stalled last two weeks? or more?

Let me tell you something strange. I have been contributing to the forum from past 5 or 6 days and I haven't got even a single mycent for that. What I have got is that yesterday one of my websites has been suspended for not paying dues worth $0.76 plus $1 late fee. And this has happened even after I opened a support ticket a few days ago mentioning that the mycents script is not working and I have outstanding dues to pay.

Open a new ticket explaining that the MyCents are not coming and gently asking them to give you a small delay until the MyCents problem is fixed, mentioning the posts you wrote. and ask them if they could remove the $1 late free.

I opened a ticket directly after I saw the email for my account suspension. And now I have received another email that my account has been credited with 6 USD. And that the invoice (including the late fee) hass been paid. I have no complains about the $1 late fee but the way they suspended my account appear terribel to me. I mean, my contribution to the forum was worth 6 USD and instead of crediting the amount to my account, they suspended my service for not paying dues worth $0.76. I am really not happy about this, but since this has now passed and the service is active again, I hope this won't happen in the future.

hope i won't be getting a suspension soon because i have an overdue monthly fee of $1.95USD... and also an Overdraft of $3.45 ... i will need to make some serious postings and earn credits

Or use your PayPal account in order to add credits ?

Can we have another thread for requesting mycent updates for this forum? I am asking this because every week or so, when most of us post we have to wait a lot for the mycent update. Surely they are now manual on both KS and Asta considering the slowest update. I don't know how tiresome it is to ask for update via support ticket every time. Why not just have another official thread from mod "Request mycent update" as title. So when mycents are stalled for week or for more than that, just post on that thread begging for mycent, and maybe we members might get few here and there if there is anyone listening at top.
