Why not sell it on Fiverr ? There are many other market place to sell things but it's better to create a thread at sites like digital point, v7n and warrior forum. What type of audience or people you want to target for this purchase ?If it's corporate purchase then get in touch with similar people. It's hard to sell database programs on internet if you have less connections. Better to start website about it and then try to sell programs by blogging about features of it. This is one way to get some traffic. Another is to post threads on marketplace sites like i mentioned earlier.
