Today and for a few years from past google has maintained the number one position in search engines and this number one position also made google the most revenue generating company on the internet. In this post we will look at the reasons that why Google is liked by people too much and what are the factors that give google the number one position.

The method implemented by google to conduct search on the internet is CRAWLER BASED. This means that google uses the so called crawler softwares (THE GOOGLE BOT) to crawl through the webpages on the internet and save the data to their database. Then when a search querie is given to google it searches through its database quickly and shows results in less than one tenth of a second- really quick!

I would suggest checking their GODLY page rank system. It's very easy to understand, and it is extremely beautiful. It is the main part of how google decides what to give you in what order. There are also some competency issues that they had to quickly work out, but well worth the look, if you have the time, learn it.

But you must admit pagerank is awesome.

From the day it was listed in the international stock market the value of the shares only wnet high and for the record breaking its still high. The google one more best service is gmail. Some of the facts that you mentioned in the posts are really new to me. For example I did not know that Youtube is nothing but a part of Google. So thanks to increase my knowledge

there are a few things that can be added to this topic start.google made its start page so it would start up the fastest possible.things that are done are like the colour of the page is white. the idea is that white loads the fastest in the browser on the computer of the user.the second part is like the topic starter mentions that the start page contains a very small amount of features.the start page is especially adapted to the user. the start page is designed to let the starter understand the possibilities of the start page immediately.a good point of google is the possibility to search in the results. as far as i know there is no other search website that offers this possibility. this makes finding a website with the desired information a bit more easy.another good point of google is that it doesn't just copy the information that the owner of the website provides. some owners of a website like to tag like a lot of words that don't cover the content of the website. but the tags attract a lot of viewers because the words are popular search terms.google still offers a lot of possibilities for a search term. so it is still sometimes hard to find a website that offers the information the user looks for.

No, there are no difference on speed of loading if you will just connect it with color and if you are that way to focus on speeds (just like mine), on the hardware level.. black loads faster since there was no need to turn the pixel on to any state/color.

The reason why it is loading fast was directly related to the use of no image on exception to the logo. Ordinary text content always loads faster than those with images.

No, the start page is just a plain input box and if you will login using your Google account, you will get extra menu on top for added features. The only thing different with Google was that it GEO loads. This means that if you are on china, the text will be in Chinese. The other thing you can click are alternate search target such as image, video and what ever you installed on your google account.

About your last point, a search engine don't need to copy a certain website content, it only search nothing more and nothing less that is why it was called search engine. Google on the other hand was extending the search engine to do more without sacrificing load time. Google also introduced the now standard method of adding page links in the search database by using robots (google bot for Google).

This bots sometimes are annoying specially that Google bot will try to guess things from your website and unless you tell it to stop or tell it how much it will search, the bot will travel all links found on your site. Some search engines still require you to submit all pages to them but on Google, just give your websites main page and the bot will do the rest.

The reason why Google is number 1 is really simple - they never get distracted. While other search engines like Yahoo and MSN/Bing have established their web portals and integrated their search engines within their respective portals, Google held on to its search engine and didn't create portals like the others did! the thing that is bad about gogle is they turned gmail into you need to send a text verification message to be able to create a email account, in my opinion that is plain dumb because then it becomes not free it has a little cost. they seem to have done it to try and get rid of the people who create an email account just to spam but the majority of people who do create an email account don't spam with them they use them for emails. so in my opinon they are discriminating with people who don't want to reeal their mobile number to google who could then very easily send your number to annoying survey people.

this sounds surprising to me. I never had to send a text verification message, I never had to provide with a mobile phone number. Maybe it's a special feature running in some circumstances, but it's a google general worldwide characteristic.

I also don't need to send an sms verification when creating a gmail account, at least I didn't need to do it this summer, when I created another gmail account for more official mail, even though I still forward it to may main account as it's more comfortable.Maybe it's something new, or maybe it only works in some countries?

Google never ask for SMS verification unless your IP was on it's blocklist of Gmail abusers. Nice to hear, that they don't ban like that, but I heard a lot of stories about people getting banned just that somebody pushed a lot on his ads and that can be anybody..The best way to not be traceable is to use a browser you never use to browse, for example if you're using Opera and Google Chrome, then you can use Firefox which has no cookies and use an anonymous proxy?Or even better, go to a public library and use it's free Internet access and computers or use the school computers if you're in School, or you can always use the university computers, if you're studying, it doesn't really matters, as long as you didn't use those computers with google services :)In any case, google seems to be quite strict t about abuse.

so if you create a free account and find the email address of googles owners and forwarded all of your spam to them with a message saying imporve sam filters would they be annoyed?i suppose they would ban you but they woudl most likely imporve their spam filters to help block spam from getting to your inbox.

I believe that this only happens either when you create a mass amount of email accounts or you have incorrectly entered the CAPTCHA numerous times. These are the only times that I have ever had GMail prompt me to use text verification. If this happens, I usually just switch browsers or sign up for a GMail account on a different computer.
