Mccodes V2 Help Game installed at root level of domain or subdomain failed

Im having trouble installing mccodes v2 i uploaded all files including class but i get this error

Game installed at root level of domain or subdomain Failed

Everything else succseeded what should i do?

and it gives me this error when i go on login.php

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'class/class_db_.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /www/*******************/s/a/a/saad100/htdocs/index.html/login.php on line 6
