Cpanel Not Opening

Hum. Cpanel isn't opening for me. It just gives a blank page, and I'm not sure what's going on. On Firefox it gives off a blank page, and after I tried it on IE, it gave a "Page Not Found" error. Hosting isn't down, but Cpanel won't load either. Anyone know what's wrong and how things can be fixed? I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

Ah, alright. I thought it might've been something weird on my end as Firefox wasn't displaying "Page cannot display" pages, but rather just a blank white page (with the title and favicon).

lol i only really have weekends and a couple of hours on weekdays cos we dont get "winter holidays"

well i was just able to connect to CPanel. After I entered my username and password, it asked me to update my email address. Im not sure if this was in light of this 'update' we just saw, or if this happens normally (ive never had it happen before)!According to CPanel, the server is running fine, and has been for the last 9 days, so maybe it went offline for a while when they updated it. And, we have a new version, according to CPanel, its version 11.4.2-RELEASE-13517. Doesn't look much different!Anyway, we have a new version, which must have been the cause of the downtime!

Anyway, we have a new version, which must have been the cause of the downtime!

They upgraded, but they just didn't go into WHM (the admin end of CPanel) and convert everyone's account to the new themes. I'm on a host with the new themes and everything and it's freaking sweet!!! I love the little "percentage" bars that will visually show you how much of your quotas you've used.

so can we expect the new theme of CPanel 11 or are we going to keep the rvblue theme we have now?

That, I have no clue, but I really hate the rv series, I wished they just use the standard CPanel theme (at least).xboxrulz

going off of what xboxrulz says, I too think it would be nice if it was just the standard cPanel theme....so I am going to make a poll, so members can vote on it. Maybe that will allow us to voice our opinion better for what cPanel theme we like?
