We seem to have a problem sometimes with new hosting or upgrade activation emails making it to the destination.
Please list any reports that you get about this problem here.
We need the username, user's email address as it is in their profile and the date and time the email was sent.
The date and time is the date and time that the approval reply was made in the forums.
If the member's email address is hidden, leave it blank and an Admin will fill in the blank.
Hopefully we can figure out some pattern and try and find a solution to the problem.
