Experienced Coder For Ventrilo Control Panel

Hi everyone,I'm writing because my attempts to find a coder to write a CP w/ Moderbill integration have failed. I've posted on multiple sites (Elance.com & Rentacoder.com) and I've not been able to find someone with experience in the area of writing a web based control panel for Ventrilo that's integrated with Modernbill v5.I've been in the Vent business for awhile and decided it was time for an custoer experience upgrade.
