How Can I Get Temp After Deleting

coz after i deleting temp file on the disk clean up process my comp. it's running unregularly some pictureare not showing properly. so how can i know what temp i deleted and recover it back....thank you

If you use windows and you havent emptied your recycle bin then its as simple as right clicking the file in the recycle bin and clicking "restore" if you have emptied the recycle bin then you can try some data rercovery software, because of the way files are deleted etc.. they do not actually disapear off of the disk untill they are written over so this software attempts to find them and save them again

I dont know how linux works when it deletes things but im sure that if you can find a data recovery program for linux or any other operatuing system for that matter, it should work the same as a windows one will.

And if you use windows xp and the above doesnt work you can try a system restore, though i dont know for sure whether that will restore the file or not, but its worth a shot as a last resort.

I doubt you can recover the temporary folder after you deleted it since, it was temporary data. If you don't think so, try shadow-x's suggestion.xboxrulz

You can try to recover the files using Handy Recovery 1.0 (freeware) (http://www.handyrecovery.com/handyrecovery-fw.exe).Altough chances are rather small that you'll be able to recover the data, because when it's overwritten by other data, it's lost (except if you want to pay a few $100).
