Games Making Help I nheed help running Visaul Basic

Man i have done a lot and i cant even get visaul basic to work can you people help me plz and while im at it can you help me get a video to work on a website design because i can not get it to work right

See when i have to open visaul basic i have to use winzip but after that i try to click setup and it wount work. even i reformated it still didn't open so i need to know how to get it open and it to work or can i download it some place.
