How Can I Install Netbeans Ide On Fedora Core 4? Help me

Recommended Posts

I've got the NetBeans IDE. But I can't install it on my Fedora Core. It exit unexpectedly in graphical mode. In text mode, I got a message that says : Missing INF file (or something like that). I don't know what to do. I want to do some development work on Linux now. I used to use NetBeans for years. Any one know how to install it on FC4. Please help me!I installed every package during the FC4 installation process. NetBeans should be runable on Linux, I know it can. Maybe there's something wrong here, between FC4 and NetBeans IDE.

I installed Java 1.5 and used this jvm for the installer and that fixed the problem.
