How Can I Transfer The User Account To New Win2k keeping the SID and password

Hello,I am currently reinstall Windows 2000.Is there any software that can export all the user account (or some user account)and then import them back to the new system?Is the possible to keep the SID and password unchanged.If so, the file premission (in NTFS partition) will remain the same. (am I correct??)Please help...thank you
