Need A Tutorial On How To Make A Skin

As the title says, I need a tutorial on how to make a skin for an html page. I am a newb when it comes to html, but I learn it quickly. So, if you give me any kind of tut. that will help me, I will really appreciate it.

I think you just mean a layout (template) for your website. Well first learn html and how to do Tables. You use tables as a structure for your site - to make columns and rows which will be filled with text and/or images. Basically experiment, you can search in Google for "free website templates" and you will get an idea of how it is done. some may offer the code for you too learn from.

If you want to do it in a easier way, get Macromedia Dreamwaver or Macrosoft Front Page. They both are great tools to make websites. If you want to build a more professional one, then get These three program from Macromedia. Dreamwaver (mainly for website), Firework (mainly for web images, graphic), and Flash (Flash video, animations, games.)
