FearfullyMade 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 I hope someone can help me.Last night I activated my hosting account. I followed all the directions and got the confirmation page. However, I can't log into cPanel. I try my subdomain, http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/, and it says that it can't find the page. If I use the ip address it gave me, a login box appears but it won't accept my username and password. I've double-checked to make sure that I'm entering the information in correctly. Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I don't know if I messed something up when I activated my account or what.Thanks for your help. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Dream1405241490 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 ummm try this (i'm not sure if it works)go to "yourdomain".trap17.com/cpanel <-because you might have signed up for a Xisto subdomain without knowing it can't hurt to try can it?or get on IRC, get an IRC client at http://www.mirc.com/ go on the server dal.net (random server) and then type /join #Xisto, there is usually a mod there that can help you in real time (either that or me being stupid ) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
