Where Can I Get Counter? for my homepage

Recommended Posts

create one yourself, it's really easy ,use PHP. make a script that reads the number from a textfile. then add 1 to that number and display it, then save that number to the file and exit.I could give you a example but i'm to lazy :D. But i can give you a list of commands you'll need. Then you could look them up on php.netfopen()fwrite()echothat's all ^_^really, if you use a premade thing you might have to customize it, but if you create yourself, you can be proud of your own few lines of code.btw. I think it's possible to use only 5 lines of code.

Out of the list provided above, I prefer BlackFire Networks Development (bfndevelopment.com). They're free (plus), easy to navigate (plus), and have several nice features that you can impliment very easily (plus). Oh, and did I mention that they're free (double plus good).Counters though are overrated. If you want something powerful, just load weports or something like that to your server.

Like ssjojo I also prefer to use statcounter.com's services. Although I have only tried about half of those that are on the above list. They have heaps of great features and their counters can of course be invisible or you can design your own.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

There are many free counter services at world wide web

such as : http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

http://www.onestat.com/

but, there is a section in cpanel ( if you are hosted) titled as web/ftp stats, that produces a nice variety of charts and graphs about who has visited your site and many capabilities
