I meant site with best layout .. best graphics not structure wise and not visiotr wise just put the addreses of sites which u LIke Most because of there templates,layout and desgining only HTML

okay... i didn't surf much today... but i did seen alot in the pass... just can't remember... one of my favourite is http://www.wc3campaigns.com/ becuz its so beautiful done... for your info this is been made under vBulletin... its one of the best i have seen... anyway... this is made by me today to teach people how to fix problem relating using linksys usb wireless b network adapter in windows xp which i faced not long ago... hehe...

But it`s very personal what you think is lovely, or ugly........

most sites that contains either photoshop or psp tutorials are those sites which has very good graphic layout.

With only HTML you cannot make a site with a nice layout. It surprises me that you say you know HTML. Alot.

To make a page at least half decent, you'll need CSS. Without it, don't even try.

bah I gotta say most music sites have really good gflash on em...for example http://korn.com/ i dunno if that one actualy works but i remember one the bands i listen to had insane flash on it...most games have good design layouts to...well cept hte ones that frame all the other games from dif sites...damn basterds

I think that the best layout is a simple one that has a pic or flash or something up the top to grab the attention, then a frame with links on the left and the info in a central frame. The most important thing about an internet site in my mind is simply having the content that the user is looking for. The best graphics and layouts in the world are useless without decent content.

There should be a balance between content & the way you present it. Having content alone is useless. Utterly. Because nobody will bother checking it out and looking around if your layout is crap.Simplicity is everything in the web, though. Navigation should be as easy as u can imagine.
