i need the open source billing system in PHP/MySQL or PHP/Postgres for transaction history.if anyone know please tell me where to get it.thx

You could try to find one at http://www.hotscripts.com/. They have a very extensive script database so you should be able to find what you're looking for.

If you don't find anything there, just go onto google and search for "Billing System in PHP". I hope this helps.
