Interesting Google Search knowledgesutra

i was bored so i decided to google "Xisto" without the quotes. first result? a topic i started a year ago. i don't know why Xisto.com didn't get the #1 spot, but it sits at the #2 spot with the main forum page for Xisto sitting at #3.what i also thought was interesting is that my website, onlinecheapo, is at #4. this is the u.s. google search. it probably isn't the same in other countriesanyway, i just got a kick out of seeing my work in the #1 and the #4 spot for the keyword "Xisto" on google

It is strange i searched knwoledgesutra (without quotes) and i find out that the first result is Xisto.com and this is not like your search, i'm currently in u.s. so i think what i see is google u.s. too but i don't know why you got that result first, maybe google system is something random or maybe they track us even in this forum .the forum url sits in the third place for me but in second i get "A Suggestion For Xisto" which i think the topic poster is some one that i have heard of. now i think that you have clicked some on Xisto.com in your search results and this is why i get it in the first place and not in the second.if onlinecheapo is the name of your website then i should say i get it in the first place when i search it without quotes. anyway your experience made me to search my websites and the result is amazing, i have two websites both having forum section and when i searched the name of both i get the forum in the first place and the portal in the second or third. so this is really interesting as the portal gets one or two new posts everyday but the forum gets hundreds of posts every day but in comment section of my portal i get huge amount of comments everyday and i can guess that the comments are not important for google and google doesn't count them as reasonable content of the website.

I googled it with scroogle.org which is some like an anonymous google so that my location (Uruguay) doesn't affect the results, and I got KS homepage first, your post second and third the forums portal, but onlinecheapo is #86!I guess it's pretty strange, but I must say that I don't see much effort from Xisto admins or Xisto to make the forums more visible. In fact, the site ranks #218 in Google for the keyword "free hosting", and it doesn't even appear in msn, Yahoo! or Ask first 200 results. It's not listed in the great site of Free-Webhosts.com, which is the site where I found about Xisto, but as such website doesn't exist anymore, they don't have it in their rankings.How is the site going to grow if nobody can find it?I think guys like you and some others who keep logging in every day and try to post, so that the forums don't fall in ostracism, you do a huge job. But many like me, from time to time, get bored. I try to come back and give my opinion when there's interesting debate but like I think that more people posting would give more dynamism to the site.What can we do? The admins don't seem to be here often, and I read the other day on another topic that it's getting harder and harder for moderators to block spam (I even reported some posts, which I hadn't in years). So back to the point... is there anything that we can do to promote the site?Sorry if I went awfully off-topic, but hey, if this post has to be edited, it's ok.
