Can you give me a sample visual basic system?Creating A Timer Program

Well, we're starting up with Visual Basic now.. It seems difficult.. But because of our background with Qbasic it's easier to understand its dynamics...

I would like to ask for a sample Visual Basic system that I could use to help myself with Visual Basic..
