Oracle Application auditing... Connect To Remote Oracle Database With Toad

I downloaded the dump supplied by the Auditee organisation into my computer.

The oracle is 9(I).I created a User named ABC.Created Table space etc.Etc. And imported all the tables from dump so provided.

What I  need is

(I)  Names of the users of the database ABC and their login information,

 I used DBA_Users, but it gives me only the default users like SYS,System,ABC,etc.Etc.

but not the actual users who are using ABC. Kindly Advice.
