Custom Silverlight Application

I need a complex Silverlight application/control.This application should be data driven as well as able to make run time requests.This project will primarily be shared through a hosted asp.net server.This project will requires the following: image manipulation, image upload, "font" upload, text creation (similar to creating title elements in a Microsoft PowerPoint program), data placeholders (area's that can accept literals from the DB), Zoom features, a custom WYSIWYG functionality (font, color, style, opacity, kerning, leading, flip horizontal, flip vertical, stroke, stroke color, align left, align right, align center).Think of it as two sections...Left,in the left area you can make selection, make changes, and use all/most of the requirements listed above. (all normal asp.net)right,in the right area, it will need to be a silver light control that can accept the parameters posted asynchronously by the left asp.net controller.in this area you should be able to: zoom, rotate uploaded items, move uploaded items, flip uploaded items, scale uploaded items, and do the same for an additional tab.this control needs to be made in a way that it can be used again and again. The silverlight control needs to be able to accept any NEW parameters we throw at it. Very flexible. Notes:This is a prototype, so I need it fast and for a lesser than normal amount. Upon approval of the final product, I can then work on tweaking at a much higher compensation.This must be silverlight, please don't suggest another way of doing this, no flash, no java script.This must be complete within a three week time period (upon receiving all the requirements).You are not required to DESIGN.You must comment your code functions./methods (all of them).Needs to be C# backend.Must have SKYPE to voice call!
