Forum Time Setting is wrong and getting worse.

jlhaslip

As I posted a shout at 6:18 pm tonight, the time for the shout displayed as 6:55 pm.The Forum clock is 37 minutes wrong. Any idea why?

BuffaloHelp

It probably has to do with forum time offset setting. I am going to "attempt" to see if I can alter forum's clock. But chances are it's something only OpaQue can do.

I've just learned that OpaQue was pretty busy with a side project. It's big and it involves very popular and powerful people. No wonder OpaQue was almost non-existence in our forum

UPDATE

I was able to find time offset within the admin's control but I am hesitant in changing without OpaQue's opinion. It may affect past and current database and other backup jobs if I were to revert 37 minutes. Plus, switching over to another company for servers (server migration) I am unsure how it would apply for our situation.

Personal reminder: to change forum clock refer to

Dooga

Is there a setting in our own control panel that can fix this?

"Whoa"
"What?"
"I thought I saw something"
"What is it?"
"...kind of deja vu"
"Kind of?"
"I saw a black cat going across and I saw the same black cat again"
"That means the program's been altered. C'mon we better hurry!"

dialogue from The Matrix. OpaQue rewrote the program and having a deja vu moment. Kinda freaky lol
