Well, it isn't bad, but you need a lot more work. First of all, try to avoid frames. They don't bring anything good, they just deform your page. Frames were popular when there wasn't PHP, ASP. Now you can get the same effect with INCLUDE function. Then, Times new Roman font is so out of date. Try to use Trebuchet MS and my favourite Verdana. Also, you should put some more effective colors and a graphic header.Cheers.P.S. I used Firefox, if that makes any differences.

It will not be positive (again ) but true (again :)).

So let's go:

1. Gray vs. yellow (is it yellow? some kind of pastel).

You can't make such a drastic change in colours! I mean the sides (the revesed U) are dark gray, and the middle is pastel?? Don't mix it so much! Even dark gray and white would be better!

2. The 'hover' of links in the left menu.

Here... here you crossed the line! One thing is that the links are black, and the background is dark gray. It must change!! But another thing is that you change the link on hover into red!! You can chardly see anything there! I mean the colors just mix together, and you can't read anything red writen on mixed gray... Change it let's say to light gray (the text), and then on hover make it white! I don't know if it will work with the bacground, but if not, darken the bacground picture!

3. Transparent pictures.

When they are well used, i'm totally for them! But when they are not, they just use very, very lousy! Whay i mean? The google sign on the top... The dinosaur on the left (i mean very colorfull thing on mixed gray...)... The 'Tirol' sign with white borders... Man! These gotta go! Either put them into frames, or consider changing the bacground for them, and use the background as the filler of transparency!

I know, i know - again i wrote only negative things... I can say that i like the new design better if that satisfies you :) But these things i wrote, have to go!

Pity that i don't have time to make my own version of your layout, cause i would. I'm not saying i'm great at it, but showing you what i mean would be better than just describing it.

With any comments PM me.

Hey.

Dude! The site seriously needs to be reworked from scratch. The frames are a bad idea.. The color scheme that you've chosen is totally wrong. The google link image is tacky and sticks out liek a sore thumb. Now I know I'm being very uncharitable... but I'm fairly certain the site could look much better if you stuck to a frameless structure and a decent color scheme.Another suggestion would be to do away with the hover. You might as well use a javascript/dhtml menu. It looks way better.I agree with michaleq.. there's a place for transparent images.. and your site isnt it.

Ok changed the menu and the background of the center frame(for starters)The menu font color is now light grey the center frame is the same color. On mouseover or hover the font color changes to white(you were right it's less painfull to the eyes). :) About the frames not very handy at that yet people also told me to make use of tables instead of php.Sinds i'm not into php yet i'll give that a try. About the giffle(google and tirol) searching for a nice alternative.Thank for the help and let me know what you think of the grey will ya?

I would rework it so that all the affiliates and links are in one spot, the banners really take away from the page, I would move the google search to somwhere else, possibly to the right side, Possibly add a footer to it so you can put copywrite info, banners, and disclaimers on it.

If you want an example check out my page at [Link]

Nice background with the metal effect. Everything needs to be organised better though, and don't have too many affiliate/flashing button things, as it will detract from your main content. Get some sort of border for your different page areas, define it a bit more. And a nice banner would certainly do you no harm.

Well people it seems to me your all trying to make it your site a little to much. Some advice here and there is ok but don't push it to the limit. After taking a good look i changed the color of the mouseover of the menu, I liked the red i had but the advice to change the color was a good one.And nexdesigns on the right bottum of the page there already is a copyright and a disclaimer. After taking another good look i agree that the google search has to move to another place. The changes i will make when i have the time untill then you all have to do with it as it is right now.

To be really honest I dislike no main reason just not my taste. The colours don't match to me I mean sky blue and red on a grey..... hello?? those colours kind of match but somehow they are turned...manky. The background and the light greysih silver colour don't go. I don't think they do...Im a girl this is my opinion so i don;t think you really care... I admit my website is crap...but at least the colours match.and you're using cheap pictures that do not match... I mean they have this white stuff surrounding them and your site's layout is also plain. The good things about it is you can read the writing. and it's fast to load

Quite plain, but effective, not the best looking site I've come accross, not the pits either, a small beefing with the main layout being pushed to the right a bit, that about it really, oh and a bit to much grey, more colour onegai!A few alterations and it should look quite nice.

Website designing is like building a house. If foundations are not good, then whole site will start loosing everything.

First backgrounds needs to choosen from top to bottom. Go to PhotoShop and pick the color you like the most or you think it will look good at your site. Then you can get "harmony" colors by setting brightness towards plus or minus. You must also know the laws of additive and subtractive blending of colors.

Here you will find lot of articles on colors and webdesings.

And try to loose those animated gifs. I like them if they are mild and not fast. Also usage of CSS would be good idea and usage of English language for non-Dutch (i hope this is dutch :D ) speaking people.

Sorry for being so harsh, but I just want to help you,

best regards, Robert.

I'm not a very big fan of Black backgrouns but I'm gonna be rational. Honestly speaking, the design could look amazing if it has some work done on. It looks pretty static now. Perhaps adding in some more graphics would help the looks if you know what I mean. :DI'd rate it 6.5 out of 10
