It'll include all the things mentioned (Mining, smithing, fishing, cooking, crafting), weather, day/night system, months (which also affect the weather) a town (including being able to go in the houses) and randomized people, but it will also include six different churches you can join, an Order Of Mages (which you are automatically in) and a few (probably 2 or 3) quests to try out, and the world map (but you will only be able to visit the one town).
