Frontpage Server Extentions Errors any one else had these?

Hi all,im haveing some trouble with the frontpage extentions on Xisto or on my computer. Does anyone know how to fix them because its becoming a pain to not be able to publish correctly! Everytime i attempt to publish i get this error message:"The server sent a response which FrontPage could not parse. If you are trying to connect to a Windows SharePoint Services server, check with the server's administrator to make sure Windows SharePoint Services is installed properly." I already have the port unblocked in my firewall and in my router. But anyways i would appreaciate soe help from any one.
