Invision Board Portal Am lost

I've downloaded on of the unreal portal like trap has. I followed the steps and did whatever it said but it didn't install probably.
Was it something i had to add to it or something to delete.

I've installed a new skin before instlling this portal. I don't know php and mysql.

maybe you should explain your problem, you talk in general, what's the problem, what's not working, what's the error, tell more and people will reply

I don't know how to explain it. I was wondering if someone had the same problem.if you click on the link it shows whats wrong i just don't know how to fix it.

seems you're missing some file (skin_portal.php) in your site. double-check your uploads.
