googlue 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2004 Yes, you are right, it was basically designed for Linux/Linspire.But it is a true cross-platform software that can be used in Windoze also!I have ben using it and it is excellent... Coding is neater than in FrontPage and is easier to use than DreamWeaver... at least for me!The only problem is that php script is eaten up! The quote changing script in php on my http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ homepage was eaten up!I have to be careful!Anyway, enjoying using this app!Googlue! Ridwan sameer 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2009 Im prettys ure NVU has stopped production, but is being developed as Kompozer nowCorrect me if i am wrongIve worked with NVU before, it creates good sites for rookies, but it just doesnt have that WOW effectGradient images are hard to add for Navigations etc..And their WYSIWYG system for tables is not so good, i mean oyu cant move tables around freely, or atleast stack themBut i think over all its goodif you want one of thse sites where you have a header, a sidebar and basic text, this would be a very useful tool Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
