I like the banner at the top, and I like the fact that you used CSS to position everything instead of tables. Nice job. :)One thing I'd recommend is not to center the text in your content. Just like the other person stated, i wouldnt center my text cause it just makes it harder to read. However, unlike the other poster, i think you should have used tables to center your layout instead of CSS because there still are people out there who cant use CSS in their browsers so its just better practice to support the most browers as possible. I like that its not all frames, like your current layout, the reason i say that is because with frames, you end up with horizontal scrollbars, which are annoying. but congrats on a good design.
