Html Editors That Work With Asp Php wondering mind

Out of the many editors that i have seen not to many support asp or php those that do its more of converting so i was wonder which ones do have full blow asp and php capabilities on them?

try notepad, it supports all scripts

macromedia dreamweaver does it alland its pretty easy to usenotepads for the pros or people who know how to code welland i dont

I work asp and php with frontapage 2002 and macromedia homesite 5.5 most of the times, homesite 5.5 is the best for asp but alsow to php with some addins like frontpage, but there are a lot more good code editors, like for example:Hotdog free edition or hotdog 7.0;Coffecup free edition or paid editionEtc...If you need any programs that i have refered, just email me and i will send it to you.Carpe diem.

I work with Adobe GoLive (wich is a really good programm btw), I don't know for certain but I think it supports PHP. Altough it's expensive software I can highly recommand it. Just as Downpour said, macromedia dreamweaver will probably suit your demands best.

try ultraedit for the pc or bbedit for the mac.

Well Notepad supports anything as long as you have the framework. The best I know is actually Microsoft Expression Web 2.0 It is fast and elegant. FrontPage not so much since it just tries to bundle as much as it can into something simple like a HTML Document without seperating it. I would however say Dreamweaver, the newest versions are pretty good now that its with Adobe. It has split page, so you can see the rendering at=time when you put in a php script lets say.

I would suggest using Visual Web Developer or Visual Studio for ASP.NET development, and NuSphere PhpEd or EclipsePHP for PHP development. Both are purpose-built and offer features such as debugging, syntax-checking, and auto code completion.
