Refund Policy Customer has thirty days to do a “trial version” with our package. In these thirty days period the customer has the right to cancel or demand a full refund if they are not satisfy with the hosting service. Refunds are applicable only to Web Hosting packages. Incase, the package contains a free domain, We reserve the withhold the domain registration charge. The Domain registration charges would depend upon the current registration charge at our site and are valid for refund for up to 2 days only with a processing charge of $2 USD. However, after exceeding this thirty day period the customer will not be entitled to a full refund and they will be billed until a cancellation is incited. However, customers are entitled to a pro rate refund for any unused days in a given month. This refund policy applies to only Xisto Network Web hosting Services.
Refund Policy applies to payments made by the mode of Credit-Card, Wire-Transfer, Cash and Check only.
A full refund will be provided to the client if the client request cancellation in Client center area within a period of 30 days starting from the time of registration. Domain registration are not covered under this policy. Refund will not be provided if the client violates any of the policies covered under Acceptable usage policy. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days.
