Installing Komoto Edit 7 On Usb

Installing Komodo Edit 7 on USB using a machine which already has Komodo Edit 7 installed onWhen i try doing the above task i get two option (modify or remove) so i'm wondering how will modification affect the currently installed Komodo Application on my Windows 7 machine?

I would rather try the portable version of komodo edit, you find it on portableapps.com, see here :http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ it on a separate windows install, it should be completely independent, so you simply copy it on your usb stick.
