HP F370 All in One Printer Power LED BlinksHp Printer Problem

My HP F370 All in One Printer blinks when the power cable inserted to the printer socket.Both the cartridge is new and in good condition . Wheather the cable attached to the LED card to the main logic card is damaged or something else . Any body can suggest what exactly is the reason.
