How To Replicate Ms Sql 2000 To Sql 2005

Hi all,

 

I was having 2 SQL 2000 Servers and I have enabled snapshot replication. Its working fine without any issues.

 

Now I have upgraded one MS SQL 2000 to MS SQL 2005.

Is it possible to replicate the data in SQL 2000 to SQL 2005. If possible, how can I do that?

 

Need your help to setup it.
