Jammerjd123 0 Report post Posted September 1, 2008 It may seem like it is the same game. However, they really are making the game more realistic every year. With previous Madden games, for example, the deep ball was a joke. If you had a fast reciever, you could just bomb it to him and he would catch it 75% of the time, even if he wasn't open. Now, they have added much more coding to make the entire game more realistic, not just the deep ball aspect. Players react more realistically, before, if the ball was thrown, all the players on the field would magically know the ball was thrown without seeing it and run towards it. Now, players stick to their assignment unless they see the ball go elsewhere. Honestly, this game is awesome, but there is no doubt there is room for improvement though (there always is).
