#2002 - The Server Is Not Responding (or The Local Mysql Server's Socket Is Not Correctly Configured) ?

Nevermind.. It is working now.. But what was that?

 

(when it tryed to enter phpMyAdmin i got this error: #2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)

)
