I'm a bit confused about what you're asking. If you're interesting in learning about how to create a linux OS from scratch, check out this website:

If you're pretty good with coding, then you can have a lot of fun doing it. For lazy people like myself, I just get a linux distro such as ubuntu and use it. It's free and support is pretty good through forums. But good luck though!
