Try colourizing your site a little bit.Also, I don't know why you have <html> before the DOCTYPE. That makes it invalid. Remove that element and things will improve. In XHTML, you must use lowercase elements and attributes, don't forget that. You have some unquoted values and unclosed tags. Check those. The navigation is good, it is consistent across most of your pages. Make sure you keep it simple.Repeating meta keywords will be harmful to search engines and programs that use meta keywords.
