Swf Playlist

Recommended Posts

I have a collection of several locally stored, sound-only .swf files and I'm looking for a player that can build a playlist out of them and cycle through them over and over again. It could be a flash-based player or a standalone piece of software, I don't care.Anyone have any ideas?

If you have any experience programming in Flash, why not do it yourself? There are some simple functions for loading up external flash movie content, into your own flash movie (it's probably endless, aside from how much the Virtual Machine and your machine can handle).I would have a go at it, but I don't have any of my programming tools etc installed right now, though I really will have to get around to it soon, as I have been getting bored really bad without them lol.

I was thinking more along the lines of a command-line-based SWF player that I can run several times, one for each SWF file, and put the whole thing in an endless-loop type script.Anyway, I have zero knowledge when it comes to developing flash stuff.

I would attack the problem a different way..You say these files only have sound that you weant to play in a list.If you have a dual channel soundcard (most pcs do) why not play the flash files then use  something like Wavelab (the best thing) or some free program to capture the sound from the flash files and make a .wav or .mp3 from them? That way you could just use winamp or media player to put them on a playlist?
