Trap17's Ftp I need help, please?

Hi sorry if this question has been answered somewhere else, but I was wondering how do I log on to the FTP? I want to run PowerPortal on my site, but I have no idea how to log onto it.Anyone help me please? Thanks.

Search functions are available on this forum just for answering these common questions.
However, I go here again:

You have two choices: Cpanel & FTP

For Cpanel:
1. Go to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
2. Username: Your username, generally your subdomain name, if you have opted so...
3. Password, the password that has been mailed to you/ that you used for creating the hosting account.

For FTP:
yoursubdomain.trap17.com
or
69.50.188.18

Use your username and password.

that's when you're doing it in your broswer. I recommend that you get a free FTP manager like smartftp.com
