3/14 Happy Pi Dy

Recommended Posts

Happy Pi Day everyone!
Have a good one. My friends have a little tradition of going to a diner and eating pie
on pi day and this year we have the biggest group of people going ever. I am excited! ;)

Here is a pi pie that my friend made a few years ago for pi day.

This is strange. Apparantly Pi day exists for quite a while, yet it's the first time I hear of it, and then from several sources. Happy Pi day! Oh the great things Pi has done for us.

March 14th is the pi-day for the only people who use 3.14 for this date and who name "pie" this circular piece of pastry. The people who say (in their own language but I translate brutally) "the fourtienth day of mach" and write down the date 14/03/2007 and who say "une tarte" for that piece of pastry never heard and never could imagine a "pi" day.
